The Treatment by C.L Taylor Book Review

This book was so gripping I was hooked from the beginning.

This book follows a girl called Drew. Her brother Mason got expelled from school and is sent to the residential reform academy. At first she was relieved as she thought this would help straighten him out but she soon finds out something shocking. This place turns kids into emotionless zombies almost that just do what they are told.

One day Mason manages to find a way to get a note to her saying he needs help and rescuing.

Determined to help her brother Drew infiltrates the academy and finds out the horrors that happen in there.

The place has so many rules and if you break any of them bad things happen. They make you feel so comfy and seem so friendly, but behind it all is a big secret and illegal stuff happening.

I love the mystery of this book and we uncover so many shocking things as we read through.

The book was never boring at any point and kept me hooked all the way through.

I loved how the writer truly grips you in as you never know what was going to happen next, and her writing style was amazing and just wanted to make you keep reading.

This was a truly fantastic book. She has become one of my most favourite authors.

I recommend this to anyone that likes mystery, secrets, brain washing and suspense.

I gave this 5 out of 5 stars on goodreads.

I hope you enjoyed my review, if you did please leave a like. What book would you like to see me review next? Leave a comment below and i will see you in my next blog post.
